- Set out and prepare Corian®
to be "Squirreled".
- Machine / route a 20mm diameter hole that is 8mm
deep.

- Assemble Squirrel®
and DRY FIT it. It should finish 0.5mm - 1mm proud
of the surface.
- Clean the hole with denatured alcohol ready for
the Corian® adhesive.

- Apply the Corian®
adhesive as normal, ensuring enough is pumped into
the hole for complete surface contact with the Squirrel®
and the nut.
- Press the Squirrel®
into the hole: no clamps are required.
- Rotate the Squirrel®
to ensure even coverage of the adhesive.

- Glued in Squirrel®
showing the adhesive spewed over onto the surrounding
surface.

- Sand off the excess adhesive once it has cured (40
Mins), making sure each Squirrel®
is flush. (P80 abrasive through to fine).
